SCOPE:
-Works as part of the Oracle University (OU) Internal and Partner Education team.
-Reports to the Internal and Partner Education Manager
-Schedules and manages training events for Partners using OTA (Oracle Training Administration).
-Works closely with OUs, Sales, and OPN (Oracle Partner Network) representatives and members, providing event scheduling and delegate registration services for training events.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Act as a point of contact for all Partner training events in EMEA
-Develops working knowledge/expertise of Oracle's complete Partner Education offering
-Qualify partner training requests, resource as appropriate and schedule training events using OTA (Oracle Training Administration) in line with the demand from OUs, Sales and Partner communities
-Manage Cost Models, Prices and Approvals for Partner events in EMEA
-Raise Price Override Requests
-Manages and supports the enrolment process for Partner delegates
-Manages event wait-lists to ensure events run with minimum required delegates
-Manages the collection of attendance sheets for marking attended (post-event)
-Ensure that expected revenues and margin are reached and keep track of it
-Ensure continuous improvement and best practice in all EMEA/Global partner training processes and procedures
-Reports on training events as required
-Ensure Oracle Training Administration (OTA) is maintained in line with Oracle and OU Global business processes
-Operate in line with Oracle EMEA policies and procedures
-Highly computer literate
-Excellent verbal and written communications

-Strong English communication skills – written & spoken – essential
-Commercial education / training business experience is an advantage
-Other European languages an advantage (particularly French, German)
-Experience of Oracle and/or OU business practices is an advantage
-High level knowledge of Oracle Products, Applications and Solutions is an advantage
