Create new standard OS images based on customers specific requests;
Maintain the integrity of the images by tracking operating system and software updates;
Track changes and updates to imaging software tools to ensure an efficient image creation process;
Maintain accurate documentation;
Perform basic error analysis and resolution;
Create and manage service tickets.
Very good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows OS imaging (Windows 7 and/or 64-bit version is a plus);
Good knowledge of VMware technology: vSphere, View Administrator or VDI / cloud infrastructure;
Network infrastructure knowledge: vLAN, IP, DNS, PXE, MAC;
SCCM basic experience: task sequence creation, software distribution, collection concept;
Basic knowledge of batch scripting, PowerShell and VB;
Self-learning, troubleshooting and problem solving skills;
Proactive, goal oriented;
Good communication skills, team player, ability to work in international teams;
Excellent customer orientation skills;
Very good command of English language.
