-Support for the HR Director in implementation of all HR projects;
- Audit and evaluation of organizational structures;
- Definition and implementation of organizational structures;
- Evaluation and re definition of job profiles and job responsibilities;
- Elaboration and propose action plans for the creation of new professional roles, job redistribution;
- Participate to the staff cost budget elaboration together with HR Director;
- Monitor and analyze the staff costs.
- Excellent level of Italian language;
- Advanced English language;
- University graduate;
- Strong knowledge of organizational position evaluation;
- At least 2 years in a similar position;
- Compensation and rewarding knowledge;
- Methodology and techniques for analyze and design the organizational structure;
- Careers/mobility management system and evaluation methodology;
- Budget, labor costs and HR planning systems;
- Proactive, communicative person;
-Analytical and result oriented;
-Very organized and flexible when needed;
-Disponibility to travel frequently;
- Capacity to work under pressure;
-MS Office package.
