MKB Romexterra Bank hires Organizational Development Specialist - Human Resources Directorate, Head Offices Bucharest.
- Coordinates from the logistic point of view the stages of staff performance process, conducts analyses on staff performance distribution and identifies the training needs of different staff categories;
- Provides coaching to bank staff as regards the performance management process;
- Provides support and consultancy in issuing competency models/types of jobs ;
- contributes to the development and rolling out of a career planning program;
- Designs and coordinates the organizational developping program by performing internal surveys;
- Ensures the definition and the strenghtenting of an organizational culture meant to support the achievment of staff individual aspirations in accordance with key organizational goals;
- Takes part in implementing a staff potential evaluation procdure as well as a staff behaviour procedure;
- Elaborate together with Line Managers job descriptions and administer Job Descriptions Register.
- University degree, preferable Psychology-Sociology;
- Knowledge of personnel administration – medium level
- Knowledge of human resources – advanced level;
- Very good command of English (written, spoken, reading);
- Very good PC knowledge (MS Office, Visio);
- Specific previous experience - at least 3 years experience in HR activities;
- Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions
- Ability to plan, organize and administer HRD programs
- Very good communication skills;
- Result oriented – efficient in establish priorities
- Proactive and creative mind-set;
