RESPONSABILITATI

- Constantly review reports to determine basic characteristics such as origin and report flow, format, frequency, distribution and purpose or function of report
- Confers with persons originating, handling, processing or receiving reports to identify problems/discrepancies/variances and to gather suggestions for improvements or necessary coaching or guidance to the reporting specialists
- Responsible for reviewing monthly budget analysis and services reports prior deliver to team leads or management
- Good understanding of cross referencing of data and relationships from multiple sources
- Recommends establishment of new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of information
- Examines and evaluates purpose and content of various metrics reports to develop new or improve existing format, use and control
- Develops and execute ad hoc reports as required
- Assist TL distribute & assign project requests towards the team members and partner agencies
- Monitor project externalization vs agency consumption reports
- Monitor team individual KPI & follow up on those failures with both team members & TL in order to address issues/challenges
- Track & Summarize weekly team accomplishments
- Track progress and review project tasks with leads to make certain organization deadlines are met appropriately
- Coordinate documentation when needed
- Handle logistic set-up & arrange training schedule + progress for new hires
- Admin support to internal team operations including meeting logistics setup, organize virtual team event, collaboration platform maintenance (e.g. Sharepoint, intranet site) etc


CERINTE

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience with financial/data analytical background
- Sensitive and passion for numbers and excellent analytical data mining skills with the ability to give, receive, analyze information and interpret complex data
- Demonstrates proficiency in data compilation, manipulation and analysis, addressing gaps/discrepancies and attend to team leads' or management questions/needs for the reporting
- Must be proficient in MS Office suite & especially Excel
- Experience working with MS SharePoint would be considered a plus
- Experience in on-line industry would also be considered a plus but not mandatory
