- Reporting to the Organisational Management Development Manager, the selected candidate will participate as a member of the HR team and assist in designing and administering human resources programs to enhance and support the company¿s business strategies; developing and driving a culture change emphasizing accountability, direct communication, and teamwork.
- More specifically, he/she will:
- Assist the OMD Manager in the implementation of HR core processes, in line with PepsiCo requirements (Performance Management Process, 360 Feedback, Organizational Health Survey, etc);
- Assist in the planning and execution of recruitment campaigns;
- Support the line management with selection, assessment, introduction and guidance of the clerical functions employees;
- Coordinate the employment paperwork, including but not limited to: new hire induction packs, offer letters, new hire contracts, termination paperwork;
- Involved in organisation of company events (quarterly management meetings, parties for employees, etc);
- Administrate, coordinate and schedule training programs.
- Bachelor's Degree;
- 1 year experience in Human Resources, preferably in Recruitment or Organisation Development;
- Excellent communication and influencing skills;
- Self starter with the ability to work independently;
- Passion and drive for results;
- Eager to learn and expand knowledge of Human Resources practices;
- Fluent in written & spoken English is a must;
- Interviewing techniques knowledge preffered;
- The ability to multi-task in response to continuous change and challenges within a fast paced environment is essential.
