Reporting to the Head of Business Development in Romania, the candidate will be expected to:
- Implement the strategy and objectives for the Organic Development of the Company.
- Draw up Organic Development Plans for each technology and region, and manage implementation of the plans. Research and consolidate (in collaboration with other resources, if needed) for business opportunities in all kinds of renewable technologies.
- Perform (or coordinate company resources to perform) economic analysis and assess the advisability of opportunities identified, and draw up investment proposals for submission to the decision making bodies of the group.
- Take decisions in connection with operational and managerial aspects of the Organic Development area.
- In coordination with the other Business Development officers (permitting) and the Engineering Department (Design & Construction), direct and supervise activities to consolidate the business opportunity.
- Review the contracts needed for proper execution of the Organic Development Projects in coordination with the Legal Department. Participate in, and support to, all communications with financial institutions which consider the financing of a project.
- Take responsibility for fulfilling Organic Development growth targets as reflected in the Business Plan.
- Relation with Public Administrations
- Degree in engineering
- Minimum experience: 5 years in energy sector (specially renewable) or in a RES projects development
- Advanced economic concepts in order to analyze the new opportunities
- Technical knowledge of the industry
- Languages: English (high level)
- Qualities: dynamic person, high working capacity in team and negotiating.
