RESPONSABILITATI

- Enter order data in SAP for:
- Order confirmation
- Material allocation
- Third party vendors
- Invoicing
- Reporting
- Respond to telephonic queries by customer and sales org.
- Update SAP with customer master data
- Interaction with Logistics partner and update customers on availability and delivery
- Create Purchase orders for third party orders
- Handle all update requests from internal org. (rebates, debits/credits), returns
- Build good rapport with customers and sales representative
- Receive and check incoming customer orders
- Instruct and liaise with warehouses and forwarders to prepare and arrange the execution of the shipment of goods to the end user in a cost effective way
- Prepare relevant order documents (export, transport, custom clearance, assurance)
- Timely and accurate invoicing
- Monitor order portfolio on a daily basis.
- Handle all order related problems and find solutions with customers and internal parties involved. Escalate problems in time to the Customer Care Supervisor and / or Sales Organization
- Documents preparation for export orders
- Exchange information with banks, chamber of commerce, embassie to obtain and to certificate documents
- Ensure proper filing and archiving of orders
- Handle logistic complaints and return shipments
- Handle logistic related Special Customer Requests (SCR)
- Initiate ideas to improve efficiency of Customer Service activities and be involved in projects to implement these ideas.


CERINTE

In order to be a part of our international team you need to have

-University Degree
-Fluency BOTH in English and in one of the following languages: French or German
-MS Office User
-Very good communication skills
-Outstanding customer-orientation and team-spirit
-Previous experience in Order Management/ Procurement and knowledge ERP/SAP systems is an asset.
