RESPONSABILITATI

On behalf of our client, well-known multinational company, we are now welcoming applications from motivated and experienced professionals for the Order Desk Officer vacancy.

The role of the future employee will be to:

¿ check up, inform and decide upon the orders made by the clients
¿ follow up the orders received from customers
¿ inform the clients about goods ready to be picked-up, volume, weight, etc.
¿ provide information about bad performing of the clients (high stock value, goods not picked-up in time)
¿ handle local claims of the clients together with the members of the Sales department, decide on replacements of damaged goods
¿ local invoicing
¿ supervise local deliveries, whenever necessary
¿ place and track external orders, based on the orders received from the customers.


CERINTE

Suitable candidates shall demonstrate:

¿ University degree, preferably in Economics
¿ Previous logistic experience
¿ Excellent computer skills, SAP knowledge will be considered an advantage
¿ Advanced knowledge of English (speaking and writing)
¿ Organizing abilities
¿ Customer focus and excellent communication skills
¿ Flexibility, assertiveness, patience and team-spirit.
