RESPONSABILITATI

Responding to complex and highly technical customer requests;
Researching and reproducing technical issues;
Working with other members within Technical Support to ensure complete and timely resolution of customer questions and issues, and to complete any necessary follow-up activities;
Contribute to key organizations within the company;
Work on specific project assignments, which may include such things as process/tools improvement, maintenance of the Technical Support website, development of an internal website etc.


CERINTE

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Computer science, minimum 2 years relevant technical experience
Strong database skills (DB2, Oracle, Sybase, Informix, MS SQL Server)
Knowledge of operating systems (Windows XP, Windows 2003, UNIX)
Hands on experience with HTML, Java-Script
Experience in supporting client/server applications
Experience with Visual Basic/Object Oriented programming/OLE Automation
Experience with web server/ application server administration and configuration (IIS, Apache, Oracle Application Server, SunOne application server, IBM Websphere)
OLAP / Data Warehousing / Datamart design/ ETL design
Experience with authentifiaction technologies like SSO, ADSI and LDAP on different platforms (Windows, Unix)


Previous technical support experience
Strong customer service skills and an eagerness to excel
Superb trouble-shooting skills and tenacity in problem solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and the ability to learn quick
Excellent organizational skills
Strong analytical reporting skills would be good (some accounting/ finance vertical would be nice)
