Oracle SQL/PL-SQL Developer and DBA

RESPONSABILITATI

Oracle SQL/PL-SQL developer:
- strong SQL/PLSQL knowledge
- strong tuning/optimizing Oracle 10g SQL capabilities
- strong indexes knowledge on Oracle 10g platform
- Data Warehouse design/implementation knowledge/experience would be considered a plus

Oracle DBA:
- allocating system storage and planning future storage requirements for the database systems;
- monitoring and optimizing the performance of the database;
- creating and maintaining database objects;
- assisting in defining complex queries and SQLs, possibly coding complex SQLs;
- responsible for optimizing data access and performance by tuning indexes;
- participates in developing relational data models and perform database updates;
- analyzes and implementation of Data marts/Data warehouse models;
- assisting System Administrators with tuning the memory and disk load balancing;
- ensuring database backup and recovery strategies are processed properly;
- performing installations and upgrades of database software, monitoring and fixing bugs
