RESPONSABILITATI

The OPN Competency Team is responsible for maintaining, delivering the education content to the partners via OPN Portal.

-Identify key training resources in order to fill out the gaps in Partners Education Content;
- Coordinate, schedule, validate and publish new content with appropriate owners;
- Develop and publish schedules for current and planned event listings with Country Competency Managers;
- Assist content providers with content recording;
- Update and maintain communications through MyOracle Portal, Newsletters (internal / external), Web conferences and events section;
- Link with marketing teams to create demand generation for partner training;
- Participate in conference calls with Worldwide and regional content managers and developers;
- Maintain content templates and process for content contribution;
- Check and test web links to identify and repair old and outdated links;
- Create and improve reporting tools and process.


CERINTE

-University degree (education, communications, marketing, business;
- 3+ years experience in a customer service related job role;
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills;
- Project Management training or knowledge;
- Understanding of HTML and general Web publishing;
- Above average interpersonal skills, with international diplomacy skills;
- Ability to manage deadlines with all levels of the organization;
- Strong communication and validation abilities;
- Excellent language skills : Fluent English, other languages a plus;
- Self confident, self starter – example : able to set up and drive own meetings;
- Must be able to multi-task, share job responsibilities with other team members;
- Computer software knowledge;
- Some travel may be required.
