2nd level support and maintenance activities on Goods management system, used in different Metro countries in Europe, Asia and Africa.
Creation of the technical specifications, development and test the business software solutions according with the clients needs
Tasks:
2nd level support - analyze the issues reported by the clients, via the Incident and Problem management reporting tool and offer solutions like workarrounds, data correction scripts, correct usage of the application, to these issues.
Maintenance - analyze the issues reported by the clients, via the Incident and Problem management reporting tool and offer programatical solutions like sothware correction.
Developement
- write technical specifications according with the functional specification received from the client's demand organization.
- change or enhance the software package according with the technical designs
- perform module test for the changed software packages to ensure that the solution is fiting to the client requirements.
- perform integration test for the changed software package to ensure the the overall functional area (touched by the change is functioning as required, not only the module itself).
- keep close contact with the client's first level support, in ordert to provide the best solution to the country needs.
- to transmit functional and technical knowleage to the new colleagues
- follow the MGI standard procedures as ITG, IT Security.
- prepare functional and technical documentations for the department's internal and external needs
- May offer project support via the phone, in an pre - agreed context, outside working hours.
- may act as a project member
- act proactivly into the dayly tasks (by informing the task finalization, by informing immediatelly if a risk / issue is overseen, by asking information instead of waiting for information, by acting instead of waiting)
University Degree (Technical field is a plus)
Oracle Forms / PLSQL - more then 3 years
English - good knowledge
13th month salary
