RESPONSABILITATI

We are responsible for problem tracking, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complicated and critical cases that our customers submit to us throughout EMEA. We deliver excellence in customer service and ultimately drive satisfaction with the resolution of each customer case. Within CRM Product Support we are looking for a highly skilled individual to complement the team for the French-speaking customers. This is a key individual contributor position and reports to Product Support Manager CRM.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Research, resolve and respond to highly complex and/or critical questions across the product line and product boundaries
Demonstrate strong follow-through and consistently keep commitments to customers
Ensure that each and every customer is handled with a consummately professional attitude and the highest possible level of service
Take ownership and responsibility for priority customer cases where and when required
Develop a depth and breadth of knowledge within the product line in various product areas, service offering and support policies.
Contribute to an environment that encourages information sharing and team-based resolution activity
Identify areas and possibilities where proactive efforts can prevent new cases
Initiate and participate in process improvements within the product line
Act as functional consultant and resource to the management team
Employ sound business judgment, creative and innovative ways to solve problems, strong work ethic and do whatever it takes to get the job done


CERINTE

QUALIFICATIONS:

Higher education in a technical field or minimum of 4 years relevant working experience (preferably some experience with PeopleSoft products)
Technical Customer Support experience
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Technical skills in relational databases (Oracle, SQLServer or DB2), operating systems (Unix, NT or MVS), programming languages and web technologies
Understanding of structured SQL statements and how they are executed in the RDBMS
Functional or Technical knowledge of CRM products ¿preferably Peoplesoft
Fluent in French
Proficiency in English, both verbal and writing skills
Spanish language knowledge would be a plus
Willingness to travel occasionally
Excellent verbal and written skills in English
