RESPONSABILITATI

We are looking for a candidate in the Collaborartion Suite Support team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Maintain an up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of new product releases and technologies.

- Working towards, adopting and contributing to new processes and tools (Oracle Web Conferencing, diagnostic methodology, health checks, scripting tools, etc).

- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of electronic content for customers in support of our problem prevention efforts.

- Working with Development on product improvement programs (testing, BETA programs etc) as required.

- Provide real time web-based and telephone support for Oracle Collaboration Suite to customers and Oracle Consultants.

- Ensure continuous monitoring and forward movement of customer issues until they are resolved.

- Work closely with development to diagnose bugs and provide patches to customers.

- Act as a team member that contributes to solutions and customer satisfaction and achieving the team targets.

- Resolve very complex problems.


CERINTE

- Computer Science/Engineer BA degree or equivalent degree.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

- Self motivated and resourceful.

- Preference for working in a global cooperative team environment.

- Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new technology quickly.

- Language Skills: fluent English required.

- Willing to work on weekend shifts.

- Able to adapt to a fast paced and changing technical environment.

- Strong experience with Application Server systems and related standard techologies (e.g. HTTP, TCP/IP, LDAP, Firewall, Loadbalancer).

- Experience of building and maintaining an Oracle Portal site is an advantage.

- Experience with Highly available systems is a plus.

- Basic understanding of Oracle RDBMS and SQL /PL-SQL.

- Knowledgeable about various operating systems (Linux, Unix, Windows, etc.)

- Willing to learn email technology (e.g. IMAP, smtp, Antivirus and Spam filters).
