RESPONSABILITATI

Oracle is looking for a technical support professional with previous experience in an ERP Human Resource Management application to be responsible for primary phone support, problem tracking, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complicated and critical cases.
This is an individual contributor position within the Product Customer Services organization reporting to a Support Manager and being responsible for providing excellence in customer service and to ultimately drive to completion and total resolution of each customer case.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Provide the HIGHEST LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE;
-Function as primary customer contact for all incoming assigned customer cases, meeting Oracle's contractual, and technical problem resolution goals;
- Ensure that every customer contact is handled with a consummately professional attitude and the highest possible level of follow through;
- Research, respond to, and accurately resolve customer cases ranging from moderate to high complexity in a timely manner, in accord with current standards;
- Acquire and maintain current knowledge of relevant product offerings and support policies in order to provide technically accurate solutions to customers and record these resolutions for general use;
- Focus on primary support area where depth of knowledge will be specialized, concurrently developing a breadth of knowledge in all other areas within the functional product line;
- Contribute to an environment that encourages positive interaction with customers and team members, information sharing, team-based resolution activity, cross training and an absolute focus on resolving customer cases as quickly and effectively as possible;
- Interact with other internal organizations including Development, Sales, Customer Services and Product Strategy.


CERINTE

- B.A./B.S. in a technical field or equivalent experience;
- Previous experience with any ERP product(s) is a must;
- Functional knowledge of Employee Benefits administration processes and systems;
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft Enterprise applications, particularly Peoplesoft Benefits, is desirable;
- Knowledge of SQL, Application Engine, Application Messaging, 3rd party integrations, COBOL, SQL, and knowledge of PeopleSoft development tools is a big plus;
- Customer orientation;
- Prior experience in providing technical customer support is a plus;
- Willingness and ability to work independently, and as part of a global team;
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
