RESPONSABILITATI

The Oracle PartnerNetwok is a Partner Business Management Platform aiming at:
- Programmatically selecting, recruiting, developing and engaging Orace partners in business initiative
- Delivering technical, sales, marketing resources to partners adapted to their business relationship with Oracle
- Driving product adoption and market development where partner has expertise and where Oracle wants to Go-to-Market
- Providing Oracle¿ partner eco-system with a partnership framework
Through 3 components:
- A program
- A portal (http://partner.oracle.com)
- An Interaction Center
The Oracle Partner Network (OPN) Portal (http://partner.oracle.com) provides a single point of entry for Oracle partners into the program content and profile management. It is therefore crucial that it is updated frequently and has as much pertinent local language content as possible. Each country is responsible for providing local content for loading on the OPN portal. Access to this localised content is determined by the profile chosen by the visitor (language, country, membership types, initiatives enrollment, etc...).
Today, the system behind OPN Portal allows 11 countries in EMEA to upload local or translated content on the Portal (but most active are France, Portugal, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, UK).
The OPN Portal Web Admin Team¿s role is to support EMEA countries and OPN teams in EMEA by:
¿ Formatting / uploading / updating OPN content according to the Oracle Web and design standards
¿ Ensure a clean, harmonized and up to date content on the OPN Portal (regular clean up actions with content owners) and make sure to have an appealing enough web site to increase users numbers and visits statistics in EMEA
¿ Run and analyse OPN Portal related statistics to measure traffic and community size.
¿ Assisting internal users by leveraging the Oracle internal eMarketing tools (online campaign creation, eBlast mailing, reporting / tracking / statistics, events registration system creation.)
¿ Being able to answer some design oriented (flash, illustrator, photoshop) or/and technical (systems development and maintenance) projects.
¿ Providing regular reports to management
The OPN Web Admin specialist will be part of the Web Admin Team but with a focus on HTML formatting or design related requests addressed by countries or the OPN EMEA Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
OPN related Content Formatting / OPN Portal Content Uploading - Updating

Information Collection
¿ Receive content from the submitter
¿ Check the request is complete (type of information, where the submitter wants this content to be uplodaded, the format, the target¿)
¿ Liaise with the Submitter if more details are needed
¿ Check if any approval is needed from a manager

Formating the Content
¿ Make the content into the right format (OPN Pages / html templates or image / banner / page design), based on the OPN Standards (CSS, layout, design)
¿ If needed, upload / update the content on a staging area
¿ Check with the submitter if the content is fine

Finalize and externalize the content
¿ Once the submitter is happy with the content formatting, the content will be externalized to generate a LIVE URL in the case of an external information, or just sent back to the submitter.
¿ If needed this content will be attributed (display settings) and made live on the Portal + communication to the submitter the content is live + last testings / checking

Internal eMarketing tools
¿ Trained to become operational on Oracle Emarketing tools (Eblast, Landing Pad / Dialogue, Event Registration system, Tracking, Reporting)
¿ Support Country OPN Managers to create effective marketing campaigns or email blasting.

Reporting
Regular Updates / Report to management
¿ Monthly activity report sent to manager
¿ Potential participation to report on the OPN Portal level of EMEA content updated / uploaded and number of html pages formatted


CERINTE

QUALIFICATIONS:
¿ Leaving Certificate/third level qualification or equivalent education/experience.
¿ Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

SKILLS:
TECHNICAL SKILLS
¿ Previous html formatting / content uploading experience with format / design restrictions on a web site
¿ Good knowledge of Dreamweaver, Photoshop and Flash (+ Web Design good basis)
¿ Average to good skills on HTML, CSS, JavaScript
¿ Easily familiar and at ease with new applications and new environment
¿ Familiar with the overall web context (sites, tools¿)
