- Contactarea persoanelor nominalizate in baza de date;
- Sustinerea de interviuri telefonice asistate de calculator, bazate pe un script standard;
- Consemnarea raspunsurilor primite;
- Pe langa script, operatorul va trebui sa relationeze cu respondentul (vorbire libera).


CERINTE

- Educatie: absolvent studii medii; student/absolvent de studii superioare;
- Limbi straine: Limba ITALIANA nivel avansat;
- Cunostinte PC: Microsoft Office,
- Aptitudini de comunicare excelente, capacitate de a invata rapid, claritate in exprimare, dinamism, initiativa, capacitatea de a lucra in echipa;
- Atitudine orientata catre client.
