RESPONSABILITATI

* Contactarea persoanelor nominalizate in baza de date;
* Sustinerea de interviuri telefonice asistate de calculator, bazate pe un script standard.
* Consemnarea raspunsurilor primite
* Pe langa script, operatorul va trebui sa relationeze cu respondentul (vorbire libera).


CERINTE

Educatie: studii medii, student/absolvent de studii superioare
Limbi straine: Limba ITALIANA nivel avansat;
Cunostinte PC: Microsoft Office;
Disponibilitate de lucru pentru intervalul de timp 10-14 ( de preferat)
Aptitudini de comunicare excelente, capacitate de a invata rapid, claritate in exprimare, dinamism, initiativa, capacitatea de a lucra in echipa;
Atitudine orientata catre client.
