RESPONSABILITATI

Raspunde la apelurile telefonice ale clientilor si le ofera informatiile solicitate despre solutiile si produsele Hilti; raspunde intrebarilor clientului.
Intocmeste facturi, certificate de garantie, documente de expediere a marfii, solutioneaza reclamatiile clientilor.
Mentine si actualizeaza informatiile din baza de date clienti.
Comunica permanent si eficient cu echipa de vanzari directe.
Realizeaza vanzari prin telefon.
