Pentru unul dintre clientii nostri, o companiei multinationala ce activeaza in domeniul pensiilor private, cautam Operator Relatii cu Clientii
Promovarea imaginii companiei prin prezentarea serviciilor si ofertelor companiei;
Colectarea si inregistrarea in sistemul informatic al companiei a datelor clientilor;
Mentinerea relatiei cu clientii prin furnizarea de solutii optime si prompte;
Inregistrarea si rezolvarea reclamatiilor prin oferirea de suport si consultanta intr-un mod politicos si profesional.
Minim 6 luni de experienta intr-o pozitie similara;
Persoana organizata, motivata si orientata catre client;
Abilitati foarte bune de relationare interpersonala;
Cunostinte de operare PC.
