Principalele responsabilitati includ:
- monitorizarea platii facturilor si pregatirea documentatiilor necesare pentru centralizarea acestora;
- mentinerea unei bune relationari cu furnizorii companiei in privinta platilor facturilor;
- verificarea rapoartelor legate de stocuri/depozit si confirmarea acestora catre furnizori.
Clientul nostru, o companie multinationala din domeniul bunurilor de larg consum, este in cautarea unui Operator Facturare care sa se alature echipei Departamentului de Vanzari si Distributie.
Candidatul ideal trebuie sa indeplineasca urmatoarele cerinte:
- studii superioare in domeniul economic;
- bune cunostinte de limba engleza;
- excelente abilitati numerice;
- experienta in folosirea programului SAP.
