RESPONSABILITATI

Angajatii nostri parcurg mai multe roluri care le permit sa cunoasca in detaliu cerintele specifice ale activitatilor respective din sectorul bancar.
- Tele-marketing/sales: promovarea si vanzarea prin telefon a cardurilor de credit si a creditelor bancare
- Customer Support: preluarea apelurilor clientilor si furnizarea informatiilor necesare
- Collection: contactarea telefonica a persoanelor cu intarzieri sau restante de plata a ratelor la carduri de credit sau credite
