Our client, a Global leader in the provision of technology solutions for the travel industry, has vacancies for its new modern call centre in Bucharest in the following:
- Call Centre Support
- Customer Billing and Operations Support
- The roles will involve taking calls from pan-European customer sites and assisting in problem resolution for a variety of business related issues.
- You must have professional fluency in English as well as either Italian, German, French, Greek, Swedish or Spanish.
- Flexibility in working hours / ability to work different shifts
- Ability to absorb knowledge easily over a short period of time
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work under pressure and with aggressive deadlines
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to analyze problems, make decisions, and provide technical support
- Good customer service skills
- Proficient in using computer software products and working knowledge of Internet usage
