- Managing incoming and outgoing telephone calls, negociating payment conditions with debtors
- Receiving, registering and handling requests and complaints
- Ensuring that all cases are served with courtesy and accuracy, meeting service quality standards
- Continuous feedback to Supervisor on workload, processes or other issues
- Perform any other new activities in accordance with department procedures
- Previous experience in Call Center or Customer Service would be a strong advantage
- Very good communication skills, multi-tasking ability, results-oriented
- Perseverance, self control, patience, fast-learning ability
- Good computer skills
- Availability to work in shifts
- Working program: 6 hours/day
