RESPONSABILITATI

Activitatea consta in preluarea apelurilor telefonice si mailurilor de la client, introducerea problemelor semnalate intr-o aplicatie speciala, contactarea persoanelor avizate pentru rezolvarea problemei, monitorizarea si actualizarea problemelor in aplicatie si tinerea la curent a clientului cu statusul lor.

Alte conditii:

- Program de lucru in ture 12 cu 24, inclusiv program de noapte si de sarbatori ;

- Volum rezonabil de telefoane primite intr-o zi, iar noaptea foarte putine;

- Trainig pentru aplicatia utilizata;

- Posibilitatea de a castiga experienta in lucrul cu clientii si de a interactiona cu multi oameni;


CERINTE

Persoane comunicative, serioase, responsabile, care au nevoie de un job cu castig sigur si care nu presupune mare efort.

Cunostinte de baza de operare calculator.
