Departament: LOGISTICA - Relatii cu Clienti / DANONE Romania

Locatia: Bucuresti,
Raporteaza catre: Coordonator Serviciul Relatii cu Clientii
Scopul postului:
- Receptioneaza, inregistreaza si solutioneaza apelurile primite de la clienti.
- Inregistreaza comenzi prin sistemul tele-sale
Responsabilitatile postului:
- Receptioneaza si inregistreaza toate apelurile de la clienti
- Solutioneaza apelurile prin documentarea in sistemul informatic SAP (rezolvare de probleme, furnizare de informatii);
- Redirectioneaza apelurile clientilor in functie de solicitarea acestora, persoanelor in masura sa solutioneze problema in cauza;
- Urmareste si monitorizeaza rezolvarea reclamatiilor clientilor, apeluri primite si apeluri effectuate);
- Inregistreaza in sistemul informatic comenzile clientilor inclusi in programul tele-sale.


CERINTE

Educatie: Minim studii medii
Experienta: Experienta intr-o pozitie similara de minim 1 an
Competente:
- Abilitati de comunicare, spirit de echipa
- Orientare catre rezultate, respectarea termenelor
- Proactivitate si orientare catre client
Cunostinte PC: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point); SAP reprezinta un avantaj
Alte cerinte: Limba engleza ¿ nivel mediu
