RESPONSABILITATI

- receive, handle and redirect complaints to concerned departments;
- offer information and support customers in a professional manner, according to the company procedures;
- collect and redirect hot leads to sales force, support marketing campaigns and retention activities;
- contact customers with outstanding debts to negotiate payment arrangements;
- establish and monitor payment arrangements in line with policy and procedures;
- convince the customers who requested life policy cancellation of the importance of a life insurance and the alternatives offered by the company for keeping the policy or issuing another one;
- phone validation of the life insurance requests in order to ensure life portfolio persistence;
- save correct information in the system, according to operator’s guideline;
- receive incoming calls and e-mail and distribute accordingly;
- align both team and individual goals with strategy.


CERINTE

- customer service experience dealing with difficult customers
- empathy and trust are essential for handling complaints and retaining customers
- high stress resistance
- strong writing and communication skills
- good knowledge of MS Office
- being able to work in a team
- English language skill is an advantage
