You will take orders from customers according to the brochures/offers released by the retail company;
- You will deal with potential customer issues/complaints;
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients;
- Provide feedback in order to stimulate continuous improvement;
- Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through fast and accurate incident solving;
- Ability to analyze, and interpret common reports, and official documents;
- Receives support calls and emails, routes items to other groups for escalation as needed
- Actively maintains and update Knowledgebase of frequent questions and approved answers.
- Effective and efficient communication skills in writing and speaking.
- Good PC skills and experience in problem solving;
- Fluent in English language skills, oral and written;
- Brings a high standard in friendliness and professional interaction with customers.
