- Provide established training programs courses in order to develop the technical skills for Operations personnel (e.g. operators, production technicians, mechanical technicians);
- Identify training needs in the Operations area and develop new or modify existing training programs for enhancing the employees’ skills and knowledge;
- Evaluate training programs to ensure the effectiveness of content and delivery methodology;
- Supervise the progression of trainees during formal and informal training programs;
- Analyze and document training results based on trainee performance and anticipate or advise management in the decision making process.
- University degree, preferably in technical field Strong listening and verbal communication skills;
- Minimum 2 years experience in a production or maintenance environment;
- LEAN Manufacturing know-how (5S, SMED, VSM);
- Presentation, facilitation & coaching skills;
- Experience in training the trainer course is a plus;
- Feel comfortable working in a team;
- Good working knowledge of written and spoken English;
- MS Office knowledge: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
