RESPONSABILITATI

- Coordinate and participate in a combination of Operations department business projects;
- Support Operations daily core activities and engage in short key assignments;
- Assist PMR Operations departments by taking on alternatively responsibilities of vacant positions in order to establish the required operating functionality;
- Pursue opportunities to optimize costs and improve quality standards throughout production processes and perform follow up of main initiatives;
- Observe Operations Management system best practices and contribute to roll out of the production plan; contribute to the sustainability of the company’s long term business plans;
- Facilitate the activities of productivity improvement and modernization of processes in cooperation with relevant parties; propose projects and corrective/preventive actions; follow up the proposed projects’ implementation.


CERINTE

- University degree, preferably in Management, Engineering or Economics;
- 2 years experience in a multinational environment is a plus;
- Experience in a supervisory job within a manufacturing environment; Leadership courses / MBA are an advantage;
- Self starter, fast learning curve, making good & quick decisions with limited information;
- Able to promote effective change through direct and indirect influence and impact;
- Able to see and grasp the big picture and translate it in concrete actionable plans;
- Achievement driven;
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision;
- Integrity and high self motivation;
- Ability to prioritize issues;
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English; other languages are a plus;
- Proficiency in MS Office.
