The Operations Specialist Retail works in a European, multicultural and multilingual channel business environment. Our environment is dynamic and characterized by high customer focus, speed, change, and constant evolution.
The position is focused on Customer Facing Communication and support and coordination of orders, deliveries and claims.

The position includes responsibilities such as:
-Provide daily operational support related to orders, deliveries and claims via telephone and e-mail to a set of Channel Partners
-Coordinate and manage structured and high quality communication to both partners and internal colleagues
-Work to avoid issues – coordinate and monitor orders and claims using defined tools and reports
-Ensure that policies, legal regulations and audit requirements are met
-Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
-Previous work experience in a customer facing environment
-University Degree in Business or equivalent
-Strong team player
-Ability to manage diversity
-Customer service mentality
-Excellent communication skills
-Solution oriented
-Conflict resolution skills
-PC and Microsoft Office tools knowledge, excellent Excel and Power point knowledge
