RESPONSABILITATI

The Operations Specialist works in a pan- European, multicultural and multilingual channel business environment. He/she is responsible for the daily operational support to a set of Channel Partners. Transaction processing activities are outsourced to a Transaction Processing Centre.

Provide daily operational support related to orders, deliveries and claims via telephone and email to a set of Channel Partners
Coordinate and manage structured and high quality communication to both partners and internal colleagues
Work to avoid issues – coordinate and monitor orders and claims using defined tools and reports
Ensure that policies, legal regulations and audit requirements are met

-Fluent in another European language if required for the position

-Good knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
-Willingness to learn
