RESPONSABILITATI

- Coordinate and manage structured and high quality communication to both clients and internal colleagues
- Work to avoid issues — coordinate and monitor orders using defined tools and reports
- Confer with vendors to discuss new products or problems with orders
- Use computer software to manage sales records and inventory
- Identify customer needs
- Provide daily operational support related to orders, deliveries via telephone and e-mail


CERINTE

- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Experience in order management is considered a plus
- Ability to produce and to analyze business reports
- Ability to manage high volume of work with accuracy
- Strong team player
- Ability to manage diversity

- Microsoft Office tools experience
