As part of the local Operations team, the Operations Specialist will be involved in maintaining the best quality of the execution of the business plans, by ensuring the accuracy of the flow of information in both ways between our company and the vendors providing Operations related activities.
- To work together with the other Ops team members and with IT for the correct and timely preparation of the systems, in order to support the business requirements
- To perform the daily checking of the data files provided by the vendor, in full respect of the policies in place
- To prepare the data files to be sent to the vendor, and to upload the data
- To signal any inadvertences in the standard processes, and proactively look for solutions for preventing the issues
- To monitor and process the vendor invoices for the related Operations services
- To provide standard and occasional reports and statistics on Operations activities and performance
- University Degree, computer literacy in Windows (Word, Excel - advanced)
- Strong analytical skills, ability to learn quickly in-company IT systems; previous experience with databases would be an advantage
- Very good command of English
- The knowledge of the Operational flows and principles would be an asset
- Good communication skills, teamwork spirit
- Good work organization, attention to the details, judgment abilities for priorities setting
- Flexible and pro-active attitude, looking for permanent learning and self improvement
