RESPONSABILITATI

Partner Operational Support
Drive regular operational reviews with Partner Operational staff. Prepare power-point packages with data analysis.
Provide training and information on CO processes and tools to Partners as needed, in collaboration with the Operations Account Manager in the respective country.
Interface with the Operations Account Manager in the respective country, HP local office, sales, contract department, credit and collection, logistics and all suppliers worldwide
Transaction Processing Center Support
Manage the daily interaction with the Transaction Processing Center, find solutions to queries and issues raised and provide coaching and training as needed
Ensure that agreed service levels are met
Ensure the Order Fulfillment Customer Profile is kept up to date and continuously used by the TP center
Analyse operational data, identify root cause of repetitive issues and drive corrective actions for the channel partners.
Backlog Order Management
Proactive backlog monitoring of orders using different tools and reports - work to avoid escalations
Provide continuous visibility of the order backlog situation to partners and HP stakeholders, in collaboration with the respective Operations Account Manager
Ensure structured and high quality communication related to issues affecting the order backlog to both Partners and HP Sales and Business Units.
Drive Revenue optimization. with a special focus on quarter and fiscal year end
Manage exceptions and specials (e.g. special deal monitoring, delivery coordination, dealer price increase).
Financial & Physical Claims
Provide continuous visibility of the claims backlog to partners and HP stakeholders, in collaboration with the respective Operations Account Manager
Be first entry point for the Partners regarding re-claims/disputes
Work with Partners on a regular claims reconciliation process
Escalations
Controlling & Quality
Ensure that HP policies, legal regulations and audit requirements are met and maintained
Contribute in reaching the defined process measures and business fundamentals (e.g. turn-around-times, field inventory levels etc)
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contribute with ideas for process improvements
Special Processes & Activities - may include one or many of the following topics
Manage the order taking process for any order transaction type not outsourced
Attend any relevant con-calls.
Regular reporting & analysis.
Perform root cause analysis.
Coordinate the deal entry process for assigned partners.
Participate in new partner set ups.
Create and maintain on-going account data reports

-not to unplug, deactivate, modify or randomly stop the machines, and to correctly use these devices
-to immediately announce the employer and/or the designated employees about any situation related to the working environment, they have strong reasons to consider a real danger for the health and security of the employees, as well as accidents of their own
-to take part in Health and Security training sessions, whenever called for
