For one of our clients, a multinational company, one of the leaders in the fleet and vehicle management domain, we are looking for an Operations Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and developing the relationship with the suppliers (car garage networks);
- Approving maintenance and repairs costs of vehicles;
- Preparing the necessary information for calculating the maintenance values;
- Investigating the market and proposing new ways of improving the services;
- Assuring the required standard of service quality;
- Evaluating the specific market potential;
- Finding solutions to improve clients services;
- Issuing various reports.
- College or University degree in technical or economic field;
- Minimum 3 years experience in the automotive administrative field;
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office;
- Fluency in written and spoken English;
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities;
- Organized person, team player.
