I. Job Scope
Organize and coordinate operation Readiness and assurance work as assigned by the work package/ team organization chart of the relevant FRD Projects in close cooperation with the relevant asset team member.
II. Main Responsibilities
Planning, evaluation and subject matter expertise duties
- Work as team member to ensure that project goals are achieved
- Participate in project and contract planning and tendering
- Organize and perform technical project reviews
- Assume responsibility for the execution of project particulars
- Advise the Development Manager on technical and operational aspects
- Ensure application of HSEQ policies
- Prepare Operation Readiness of the project according to the company’s standards and guidelines
- Timely setup of the operations and maintenance team that will take over the project after commissioning
Industry knowledge
- Based on an engineering background, should have an appreciation of Project Management techniques, and software applications
- Basic knowledge of the availability of Engineering and Contracting in Romania
- Familiar with the application and importance of Industry and Romanian Standards
- Familiar with heavy oil production technologies and equipment
Administration
- Organize the technical project programme documentation respecting project standards and documentation rules
Organization
- Organize and perform engineering, manufacturing and construction reviews
- Perform expediting tasks
Coordination
- Support the Development Manager concerning the technical operation readiness aspects of the project
Reporting
- Review Project reports to ensure compliance with reporting requirements and integration into reporting norms
- Report any important event to the Development manager in time
Job requirements
- Engineering Degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering
- Min. 10 years experience
- Good English, both oral and written
- Team working skills
Success criteria
- Meeting the targets of the assigned project work packages (documented in the PDS)
