-Data entry and day to day administration of leasing back office database maintenance of a clean, clear and up to date evidence of clients, suppliers and contracts;
-Maintenance of changes in leasing contracts (addresses, contact, conditions);
-Reporting, in lines with requirements of applicable manuals and procedures;
-Preparations of all client related invoices, processing of installment payments;
-Point of contact for clients for operational matters and responsible for internal for internal coordination within ING Lease.
-Minimum 1 year of banking experience in an operational area would be a plus;
-Familiar with ING IT systems;
-Knowledge of financial processes and office automation, experience with leasing;
-Results oriented persons;
-Ability to work under pressure, ability to plan and organize efficiently, ability to solve problems;
-Fluent English.
