RESPONSABILITATI

Descrierea postului:
- Managing the operations of an entire shift.
- Scheduling of operations
- Generation of MIS and performing trend analysis for effecting higher productivity.
- Focus on maximizing Customer Experience while optimizing costs
- Contribute to the development of short and long term strategic business goals
- Create appropriate servicing and retention strategies for customers
- Ensure systems development integration with strategy
- Provide functional support and direction to the associates and team leaders on customer support needs
- Monitor the performance of the associates and team leaders and coach them, if required
- Assist with training and identify training needs within the group
- Mentor and assist new hires
- Liaison with other areas of the company affecting technical support
- Be Single point of contact for clients for Bucharest location. Responsible for suitable resolution of all client escalation. Ensure compliance requirements of the process are met. New initiatives like Standardization, ISO etc to be driven on floor

- Strong interpersonal and influence management skills
- Should have managed large teams / Big span of control
- Ability to work and communicate with people across organizational units
- Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into action plans
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to solve the problem with a win-win negotiation approach
-Ability to lead people on large, multi-functional efforts
- Advanced knowledge of PC technology-DOS, applications and on-line tools
- Expert knowledge of service procedures
- Independent decision making.-
- Should have past experience in Project Management
- Exposure to Six Sigma and Lean methodology. Should be at least a GREEN Belt.
- Good presentation skill.
- Responsible for co-ordination of various activities/people and logistics.
- Support in analysis, data and decision-making
