Objectives of Role
- Help build the finance and accounting capabilities in the center
- To manage the teams assigned from time to time
- To work on the process improvement and other projects assigned in specific deals
- To be moved to a permanent role in the center depending on the requirements
- Seek ways to improve service quality by initiating process excellence projects
- Accountable for staff development for people assigned to the role
Operational Responsibilities
- Help build finance and accounting capabilities in the center This role will work with the leadership to build the finance and accounting capabilities in the center. This will require hiring people in advance and leading their on-boarding and induction process, training on accounting skills, etc. The role may also require developing the curriculum for the training programs.
- To work on process improvement and other projects assigned in other deals Based on specific requirements of the deals, the person doing this role may be assigned to special projects in the deals. It will require a lot of flexibility for the person doing this role to move from one requirement to another
- To be moved to a more permanent role in the center based on requirements The person doing this role may be moved to a more permanent role at a later date. This could be in any of the service lines
Commercial & Financial Responsibilities
Provide high quality PTP/OTC/RTR inputs for improvements in different deals and work with deals in implementing the improvement projects
People Management Responsibilities
The people hired in advance will report to this role till they are assigned to a permanent position in any deal. There may be a frequent change in the list and number of people reporting to this role. The person doing this role will be responsible for development of people assigned to her. This role will report into the AFS Lead.
