Application maintenance services
Hosting services
-Ensure service enhancement and optimization is proposed and implemented through the appropriate continuous improvement and quality management approach
-Ensure financials are aligned with Plan and Produce Financial Reporting for Accenture management
-Ensure Customer satisfaction is aligned with business and operational expectations.
-Manage high level day to day relationships with AIG and Accenture. Establish an highly effective working relationship with AIG Regional Manager
-Manage and optimize Unit organization
-Lead and motivate team

Manage executives relationship
Manage a delivery centre
Manage and motivate a service delivery team (20+ people)
-Strong operation experience acquired through the management of a delivery centre (5+ years), preferably in the insurance area in a process based environment with skills in:
Process definition and implementation
Performance measurement and targets (SLAs and KPIs)
Continuous improvement and quality management
Replicating best practices across countries or industries
-Perfect knowledge of verbal and written English
-Strong Customer Support
-Experience in IT Support in relation of the use of an IT system.
-Strong Communication & Interpersonal skills
-Strong Organization/administration skills
-Ability to remain calm and efficient under stress
