- To supervise company's operations in Romania
- To ensure quality level and timing for completing the orders
- To coordinate the team and processes (design, material management, production, exports, logistics)
- To manage the budget
- To make decisions regarding the projects evolution and relatioships with suppliers
- To make periodical reports for the international management team
- To conduct operations development in Romania
- University Degree in Engineering
- Post-graduate studies in business or economy are considered a plus
- Extensive experience within medium or large-sized manufacturing business
- Technical knowledge in mechanical projects and production
- Project management experience preffered
- Logistics knowledge (transportation, shops network)
- Purchasing and new product research knowledge
- Excellent planning and negotiation skills
- Teamwork and leadership skills
- Proactive and results oriented attitude
- Flexible and willing to learn
- PC skills (Microsoft Office)
- English and Italian - ADVANCED LEVEL
