Role description - This role has been created in Genpact in order to ensure the management of outsourced services in the area of Finance & Accounting - leading teams up to 50 people.
Minimum Qualification - Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance/Accounting/ Economics. This is not a mandate for candidates having relevant experience in the functional area. ACCA is an advantage
Minimum Experience - 5+ years of experience in accounting/ finance/ or F&A outsourcing services, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Other Skills required:
- strong accounting knowledge (IFRS, US GAAP, etc.)
Leadership skills;
- Ability to lead, motivate and coach employees.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good analytical skills, capability of quick decisions making.
- Logical, system oriented mindset.
- Initiative, result orientation and positive approach/attitude.
- Customer oriented mindset, ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Languages - English (compulsory) + another European language (German or French)
