Role description – This role has been created in Genpact in order to ensure the management of outsourced services in the area of Finance & Accounting – leading teams up to 50 people.
Minimum Qualification – Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance/Accounting/ Economics. This is not a mandate for candidates having relevant experience in the functional area. ACCA is an advantage
Minimum Experience – 5+ years of experience in accounting/ finance/ or F&A outsourcing services, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Other Skills required – strong accounting knowledge (IFRS, US GAAP, etc.)
-Leadership skills; ability to lead, motivate and coach employees.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Good analytical skills, capability of quick decisions making.
