For one of our clients, a multinational company, one of the world leaders in the health & fitness field, we are looking for an Operations Manager.
- Responding to customer requests for all details about center and membership;
- Providing tours to clients;
- Greeting guests upon arrival;
- Responding to all client complaints;
- Taking care of key accounts as requested by Sales Manager;
- Managing all operations of front reception and equipment;
- Managing all cash register policies and procedures;
- Preparing monthly operational reports for General Manager;
- Conducting daily check of equipment and areas; request repair to Engineering;
- Reporting need for major repair, renewal of equipment and upgrade to GM;
- Maintaining security of club, including allocation of keys & lost keys;
- Making orders to suppliers;
- Participating in all training as requested by management;
- Preparing weekly schedule and assist in finding substitutions in case of illness or other;
- Preparing holiday planning and maintaining administration;
- Preparing payroll;
- Assisting in planning aerobics schedule;
- Assisting in program development in massage, personal training, aerobics;
- Maintaining Inventory of all stock;
- Responsible for daily cleaning and maintenance of all areas;
- Ensuring that all labor documents are current and in compliance to regulation;
- Carrying out any special projects as requested by General Manager.
- 2 years minimum of management experience;
- Bachelor degree in management/physical education;
- Working experience in fitness is preferred;
- Fluency in English;
- PC knowledge: Word, Excel, Internet Explorer;
- Client oriented;
- Technical skills;
- Experience in instructing group fitness classes would be a plus;
- Responsible and well-organized person.
