RESPONSABILITATI

- Manage a team with sub processes
- Ensuring delivery of transitioned process as per SLA
- Build relationship with stake holders and look for opportunities
- Key driver for achievement of revenue and margins; internal & external reporting
- Lead customer periodical calls and reviews with customer
- Lead process improvements initiative for the customer processes
- Coaching counseling and motivating the team; Managing attrition
- Plan and handle reporting planning and analysis for the function.
- Focus on maximizing Customer Experience while optimizing costs
- Contribute to the development of short and long term strategic business goals of the customer.
- Create appropriate servicing and retention strategies for customers
- Ensure systems development integration with strategy
- Provide functional support and direction to the associates and team leaders in operation on customer support needs.
- Assist with training and identify training needs within the group
- Mentor and assist new hires
- Liaison with other areas of the company to effectively deliver outsourcing solutions


CERINTE

- 6 - 7 Years of experience with 3 years + experience in F & A
- Graduate in accounting preferably with a Masters degree
- Any additional degree or diploma in finance would be preferred
- The applicant needs to have an experience of leading large teams
- Preferable firms would be banking/ BPO with F & A processe
-Good GERMAN and English skills.
