Managing the site including staff, hardware, facilities and all other resources;
Implementing and maintaining business strategy to ensure employee satisfaction, client satisfaction and site profitability;
Managing the budget and P&L ;
Improve the organization through the application of best practice procedures and policies
Ensuring that site is compliant with info security and physical security standards;
Maintaining compliance with relevant legislation applicable to the site e.g. employment law, health and safety regulations;
Building effective relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction with services provided;
Managing the performance and development of all direct reports;
Setting KPI’s and development plans for team.
English language -fluently;
8+ years’ progressive Operations Management experience;
Bachelor’s or equivalent experience required, preferred Business Administration/Management;
Having experience in the Gaming, BPO and Professional Services space required;
Experience of operating at a strategic level;
Experience in client facing roles required.
