The Online Loyalty Program Operations is responsible for the operational tasks on the EMEA Appreciation Platform. He/she is in charge with the process development, communication, testing and monitoring for the Business Forum and the MVC program, by working closely together with the Internet Consultants and the IT team, in order to develop and build the requirements and functionalities requested by the EMEA business segments.
¿An IT degree or relevant experience in a similar position;
¿Web-based programming skills;
¿HTML knowledge;
¿Excellent communications skills, both written and spoken ¿ Fluency in English;
¿Self motivated, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure;
-Able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
