Provide timely and meaningful regular or ad-hoc financial analysis and performance measurement reporting;
Perform and document US GAAP and statutory reports / reconciliations of variable costs, according with company procedures.
Assist in the development of standard methods and processes to support the measurement of Operations financial performance;
Establish inter-company transfer price in compliance with arms-length principles and assist in the systems’ deployment;
Assist in coordinating and guiding the financial planning & reporting process for manufacturing costs.
University degree in Finance or Economics;
2 - 4 year experience in costing, preferably in a manufacturing company;
Strong analytical and numerical skills;
Knowledge of costing/variance analysis techniques/methods of performance management;
Good conceptual skills and understanding of IAS/GAAP accounting principles and theories;
Knowledge of an integrated manufacturing system (ERP) is a plus;
Decision making courage and an aptitude for risk taking;
Very good communication skills & teamwork attitude;
Fluent in English and strong computer literacy (especially Excel).
